We all hold something sacred deep inside - an ache to be known, a desire to belong, a need for connection. And yet, connection often begins in the most unexpected places.
I lived in solitude for too long. I have found strong desires for community and deep, intimate connection. And yes, we never know where that comes from.
For me, it was a person I just met wanting to visit me in my “prison”. Now a close friend.
